Horrible job and didn't come back to fix the issues with doors that they installed. French doors leak and let in hot air. Could go on but just overall, do not recommend. Spend your hard earned money elwhere and pay a little extra for quality work and/or at least fix problems they warranty. Response to owners response below: My wife has tried multiple times in the past few months to reach you guys by phone and never so much has received a response or return phone call.
Do not use them. He has an excuse for everything. They installed a door and frame which I paid in cash. Then I noticed they cut the trim short and tried to conceal it without me noticing. They said they would fix but never did, now my door won’t close properly and I am having to hire another company to fix.
JC and his team are a incredible! they went over the top and beyond to do a new front door (stained the wood and all new hinges, etc) and also a new back garage door. They even did the trim and paint matching as well for the side door. I highly recommend JC Doors and Company if you are looking for high quality and reliable work. He was on top of phone calls, communicating on installation and much more. If you need any doors for your house make sure to call JC Doors!
JC was such a pleasure to work with! He replaced our decaying door with a beautiful, pre-hung fiber glass door to match the aesthetic of our 1930's home in Normal Heights. His attention to detail was top notch and really took his time not to disturb the surrounding stucco during the install. Poor customer service, the owner did not honor the 1 year installation warranty. He stated he would come to my house to check out the front and back doors he installed less than a year ago, and he never showed up. He was very condescending when speaking to me, and I would not recommend he or his company to anyone. I regret investing my money with this business.
