Lowes contracts Caesarstone who contracts JC Countertops. This is for JC COUNTERTOPS ONLY. We went to pick up the slabs at Caesarstone, who sent the incorrect inferior slabs to JC. JC handled the problem with grace, and we got a beautiful result the second time. The measurer and Carlos the owner did a fantastic job. I would use them directly, NEVER through Lowes or Caesarstone.
Think twice before working with this company. They don’t stand behind their misfiring countertops. They come in with laser measure come back with problems of misfiring and overhang discrepancies, and then Carlos, the owner won’t return calls. These people hired by Lowes and Caesarstone acknowledge poor job. They STILL won’t return a phone call.
Problems going on for over two months, with JC not wanting to fix. These guys work for Lowes and Caesarstone. It’s been a nightmare. Pay the extra money and get the job done right.
