If you need anything more than countertops I wouldn't waste my time. Set up a time for an estimate, arranged to take off work for the designated time slot. The person they sent out was about 30-45 minutes late, they said "ok" to basically everything we wanted done like it wasn't an issue (electrical, plumbing, and the countertops). We get a quote back that only includes the countertops after being told I'd get a quote with everything included.
