Very fair and honest. Will continue to use.
I dropped my mower off to have the hydrostatic transmission checked and a poor running condition addressed. I explained that the mower was going hours away, into a remote area and stressed bringing it back would be a massive undertaking. $240 dollars later the mower ran good enough to get onto my trailer but that was it. Hours away, at the mowers intended location it ran poorly immediately. I checked the trans and it was low. I was offered an apology but nothing else upon calling to inquire.
