Hated it. I was waiting almost 5 month for drafts, or for Janice Chung to call me back. None. She is very irresponsible, unreliable woman, who probably doesn't have a degree.She claimed, she owns business fo more than 5 years, but she provided only 1 refference. We got money back through Amazon. We were living her messages for a period of 3 months and she never called back. Finally, when she did - we politely declined. It was quite difficult to understand what she was saying due to her very heavy accent. She also sounded unprofessional and uneducated.
She came to my house in a see through dress, was very unprofessional. Acted very strange. I wanted to surprise my wife with long awaited back yard remodeling. Unfortunately, had to deal with that Janice, who seemed came to my house for all the wrong reasons. I told her very straight forward, that I am a happily married man. Janice don't answer her phone. I don't know where to start, not to get racial. These people / perfect example with that Chinese Janice Chung/ come from all over the world and scam us. I bought "JC Landscape Design" Groupon. At least that's how she "named" herself there. Now, I found out, she uses several other names for that fake "business" of hers. "JC &Co Land Art Studio", etc. But she should call herself Fraud - with capital F. Janice Chung is an international con artist and fraud. She has no team, no green thumbed architects. She stole people's money by advertising and selling fake services on Groupon, Amazon etc After she scammed people, they were requesting money back through Groupon etc.,, but Chinese con artist Chung kept money! All 5 star reviews on yelp or Google / she has another name for this scheme company - JC Landscape Design/ - written either by Janice Chung herself, or imaginary people, that miserable, delusional con artist created.
