Prior to building the 200’ bulkhead, the sales point of contact provided a written quotation for the project, and upon agreement, a written contract was presented outlining the details of the work including materials, engineering report, and required city permit. The four person “A” Team that constructed the bulkhead was extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, personable, and all work was completed in a workmanship-like manner.
