We are thrilled with our gorgeous, woven wood blinds from JC Blinds. Jeanette was so helpful when we met in the showroom and guided us with our selections. We selected blackout blinds for our bedroom and light filtering options for other living spaces. The warmth and texture of the woven wood adds so much to the ambience of our home! I loved working with JC Blinds. Jeannette walked me through all of the options, keeping my budget in mind. And the blinds delivered exactly when they said they would. John arrived on time or early both times (to measure and install), and the fit was perfect. He showed me how to set up the app interface for the motorized blinds, and everything works great. I recommended them to my mom:-)
John has replaced every single blind in our home, room by room, floor by floor, and every new installation makes us happier and happier. His advice is spot on, his technique meticulous, his product quality, he stands by his work, and he’s just an all around pleasant guy with whom to work. And with an office support staff (Jeanette) equally as good, JC Blinds gets two thumbs waaay up from us!
JC Blinds was amazing! From dealing with Jeanette initially, to meeting with John and picking just the right window coverings for my home was simple and painless! John really knows his product and did a great job explaining everything. I would use them again, but probably won’t need to since my blinds will probably last forever!
