I would say communication is terrible, but in reality you just get transferred to someone's voicemail. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone to talk about your vehicle. I knew where my truck was parked from my app and drove by it. Check out the way they park their customers vehicles. I had a wheel curbed at a different dealership. Sick and tired of taking my truck to GM dealerships for the warranty and having it in worse condition everytime I leave.
Friendly and helpful service
We let them know whe were coming to pick up our pickup, They had it pulled into the shop warming. This was November and we were pleasantly surprised and very grateful
