All time worst experience!! I scheduled a month out for a tire rotation and to fix my backup camera. I spent almost 6 hours in total. They told me, yup, you need to replace the camera. But we don’t have the parts. Um, you had a month to plan for this. And you made me wait this long when I already told you the problem? They gave me an invoice for $1900, I got it done for $225. I would say communication is terrible, but in reality you just get transferred to someone's voicemail. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone to talk about your vehicle. I knew where my truck was parked from my app and drove by it. Check out the way they park their customers vehicles. I had a wheel curbed at a different dealership. Sick and tired of taking my truck to GM dealerships for the warranty and having it in worse condition everytime I leave.

We let them know whe were coming to pick up our pickup, They had it pulled into the shop warming. This was November and we were pleasantly surprised and very grateful
