They offered several ways to fix my car with in my budget. When it came down to it all and they knew that it couldn't be fixed with in budget they gave me several options of what I could do and also advice on things I could do to extend the life of the replacement transmission. They also didnt charge me an arm and a leg for looking into the problem my car was having.
Great communication, quick service; Billion has stepped up to handle the "stranded" customers from Kenny Simpson.
Overall great experience. Traveling when a warning light came on, they got us in and out in a couple hours.
5 stars to the whole service department at Billion Nissan! We were traveling from Oklahoma to Washington when we noticed our AC wasn’t working right. We called ahead and they were able to squeeze us in. They did a full engine check, replaced our low Freon and got us back on the road w/n the hour. Everybody was so friendly and efficient. If we lived closer we would definitely come back.
