YIKES!! Very unprofessional, unfriendly and we could not understand him. I think his name was Max as the man next door had to yell for him to come to the front from the rear of the store. We were trying to ship a canvas painting which we had called ahead and received a quote on. He took the painting and leaned it up against the edge of the counter which nearly poked through the canvas! I use this location for my PostScan Mail address/mail pick up, as well as drop off packages, buying stamps, sending out mail, purchase holiday and birthday cards, etc.. The young may who works the counter has impeccable manners and is quick! I also want to point out to those who commented regarding holding fees. This is per store and if people read the fine print this is usual practice. You pay more for convenience in order to avoid the lines at post office/fed ex/UPS stores. The young gentleman who works the front is wonderful and yes, im sure English is his second language but I understand everything he says no problem. This place is a joke! Guy that works there speaks barely English...absolutely clueless about anything and looks like he just wait to get out. His "boss" is as clueless as he is. Barely speaks English...I wonder HOW these people get contracts with FedEx/Ups and even HOW do they do the basic job??? I would NOT buy post card there...let alone do any business with them..Pure disaster!
