Unfriendly help. Could not scan a code for a return label and wanted to charge us $4.50 to print out the label. Had a very easy, smooth and free transaction at Staples up the road which also has better store hours.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience imaginable. If you have time-sensitive, express overnight packages or valuables, this business does not exercise adequate care. I strongly advise against utilizing this location. When inquiring about the status of express pickup, the gentleman informed me that no scan had been performed at 2:46 and stated that pickup would occur at 3:30. Last year I had two cases of wine shipped via FedEx from California to Naples, to be held at Pak Mail, an authorized FedEx Ship Center, to be picked up by me upon delivery. When I went there, I discovered that they were charging a fee to people to pick up each of their packages. In my case, they wanted $25 per case, or $50 to ransom my own stuff. Unheard of! My experience at this Pak Mail establishment was appalling. I had 5 pieces of simple standard envelope mail that needed to be post marked with the date and dropped in the mail. The owner tried to justify charging me over $10 per piece of mail to have the date on the envelope with tracking and I responded accordingly, letting the owner know that I did not need tracking and only needed postage with the date on each envelope.
