JC is an awesome person. As a first time home buyer, he has helped me through out every part of the process and explained things very well! By the end, he was able to help me communicate and negotiate with the sellers very well and we ended up getting a place at a cheaper price with all repairs accepted! Definitely would recommend:)
JC was great from start to finish! Super friendly, always a phone call away and was always pushing us in the right direction. He gave us a list of contacts along the way and one of them ended up being our mortgage broker (who was equally as amazing)! Definitely recommend!!
