I’ve been use JCA for a few years after switching from another garage. I’ve had nothing but great experiences. They are accommodating, professional and honest. They have worked on a variety of my vehicles including a classic 1962 Cadillac bringing the engine back to its former glory. Jason and team are knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended
This place is great! I didnt catch anyone's name but I was sent here after a local tire shop damaged my car. JC Automotive fixed my car right away even though they were extremely busy. They took the time to show me what was damaged and what needed to be fixed. They took the time to explain everything to me and reassure me they would fix the problem. Love the service here. No BS. I don't feel like I'm getting scammed.
Recently had a safety done by JC Auto for a vehicle I was looking at purchasing. They went out of their way to fit in my vehicle for a pre-safety on short notice so that I could decide whether or not this was a vehicle I wanted to buy. The receptionists gave me a detailed breakdown of the repairs required and I was on the road just two days later. Highly recommend these folks, they clearly prioritize customer experience!!
Guys a post... Robbed a guy for his truck. And now selling it for 40g.. Doesn't pay his bills.. and robbed me after I paid...saying I didn't pay full price... Ill never go to this goofs garage again.
