This is my second time here n I have no complaints whats so ever
I've had multiple cars repaired at JC Collision Repair in White Plains, NY over many decades and every single time they do exceptional work and provide exceptional service. The owner James is a true professional and a gentleman to say the least. I will never take my business anywhere else.
Used this shop because I did not know any shops in the area and they are a State Farm select shop. Thought that would mean quality work. Boy, was I wrong. While the car looked great when I picked it up, the alignment was completely off. When I brought it back, they told me that where the car was hit, it was impossible for the alignment to be affected (car was hit front left side). Even as a novice, I know that to be false, and they didn't even bother to have it checked. To boot, they were quite rude about it. (They begrudgin... read more
