If I could rate zero stars I would. I was referred to them by way of my insurance for a stolen catalytic converter. I requested an anti-theft shield be ordered and installed. When I was returned to pick up my vehicle they ordered splash shields under the car and no theft shield. When I asked the manager about a refund he was cagey about refunding the product and said "You would benefit from this" rather than his shop owning the error taking place. This place is utterly incompetent.
