Called to get my o2 sensor replaced, the workers were great and Paul were genuinely nice. I would come here again if I have an issue I can’t fix myself and would recommend someone to come by if they have car issues
FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE and REASONABLY PRICED A week ago (10/18) our brother was traveling from Baltimore to visit with us. As he got closer to Johnson City his car was over heating and the power steering stopped working. He pulled over on State of Franklin, upon opening the hood he saw that a serpentine belt was broken. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO HERE!!!! THEY USE C. H. E. A. P. PARTS!!!!! Got my starter fixed about a year ago, they had it fixed 2 days later, however on the drive home THE SAME DAY, a pipe burst in my engine and made the temperature fly through the roof. They towed me back to the shop to fix it AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER $300 FOR IT even after admitting it was their fault the pipe burst. Dropped my car off on Sunday evening, expecting it to be worked on Monday and half of Tuesday and ready by Thursday evening, as promised. However, after giving them the money for the service, the shop kept pushing back the completion date due to various excuses. The owner assured me it would be ready by Saturday, but when I called to check the phone operator was extremely rude and even yelled at me.
