Service. I’m writing this review in response to the installation of the tires on my car which you recently did a mount and balance for four new tires on Tuesday, May 27, 2024. The lug nuts were so tight I had to use a breaker bar to remove them, which twisted the studs inside the hub damaging my vehicle. JC Auto Service used an air powered driver to tighten all 20 lug nuts. Using an air driver to tighten bolts is unacceptable because every vehicle has torque specifications for that vehicle.
