Helpful team, very thorough
Horrible experience – avoid at all costs. I had J and C Auto install a brand new genuine engine, and within less than 3,000 km, multiple issues began to surface. I took the vehicle to Toyota, who inspected the installation and found missing clamps, missing bolts, and poor workmanship that has led to further mechanical damage and additional costs. Toyota have documented everything thoroughly with photos, diagrams, and written reports, clearly stating that the damage is due to the substandard installation by J and C Auto. I’ve... read more

Talk about being able to trust your mechanic, it’s quite a fantastic feeling to know you are in the right hands. After a complete and comprehensive engine rebuild (of you wouldn’t believe it, a BMW!) my car has never run better. They took the time to make sure every I was dotted, and every T was crossed. Most places heard the word BMW and simply hung up on me, but not J&C Autos. If you want some where, honest, reliable and reasonable, this is your one stop shop. 10/10!
