Jimmy was great to work with. We had a transmission replaced within a week of first calling him. All the places in Florence couldn't even look at it for 2 to 3 weeks.

They were absolutely wonderful. They were kind and patient They actually sit there and listen to my concerns and my worries. They went out of their way to keep me updated and posted on what they were doing to the vehicle and how They were going fix it., That was very polite and respectful. they went Above and beyond to help me get my vehicle. This is the second time we have used J&C. Awesome work both times. Jimmy is honest upfront and very knowledgeable about his work. He lets you know upfront the cost and you get to approve or not. There's no surprises with these guys. They work with you to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Price wise, they are very reasonable as well. This is a great local gem to our area!!! Why go out of town?
