I feel like they just abandoned me I haven't heard from them in over a year. I called phone just ring left emails no response. This is not fair at all could of been said something. I was in a real accident got proof and all. In the beginning it was good but now nothing. I feel like your website is false advertising because it's not no 24/7 support. I guess I'll just go to the BBB.

Lawyer of this firm abandoned my case and is nowhere to be found. Very weak communication from firm, constant people coming and going and going over case details already shared. My case has been abandoned by the lawyer and the this firm, no recourse for me now. It’s been now over 2 years. Firm is unwilling to take my case and says my attorney took the files with him… it’s 2026 and no digital copies? Makes no sense. Re-connected with law firm after several calls, emails and texts. No communication what so ever, you have to call them to find out what’s going on with your case you don’t matter till they get a check, still waiting on my case it’s been 3 years now and my lawyer quit so what that tell you!
