I knew what the problem was with my washing machine and I asked him how much to replace the part. He wouldn’t tell me unless he comes and charges the service fee WHICH DOES NOT go towards his service when you choose to hire him. He literally came to the door, told me without touching anything what I already told him and asked for the service fee. Then got back to me later with a repair bill so high that it was absurd! Jerry is sleazy and I wouldn’t hire him at all! Stay away from him.

Jerry came in and fixed my broken dryer within minutes. Very professional, very friendly, and super knowledgeable. I will be calling JC Appliance Servicing for all my needs. Thank you!
