When we first hired MR. parks, he was polite, was communicating with us on a regular basis and seemed to be open to our ideas regarding the remodeling of our home. However, just 3 months in, he was no longer reconciling the project so we were unaware of exactly what we owed him going forward, and after framing was finished a couple months from then, he was totally uncommunicative with us.
