My wife and I have lived at JBWS Charleston Homes since the last weekend of May 2015. We relocated from Savannah Georgia when I accepted a position in Radiation Oncology (Cancer treatment, not X-Ray). We had very little knowledge of Charleston and we didn’t want to risk moving into the “wrong” neighborhood. Just went through my first house tour AMAZING and Diana was amazing gave us a little house warming gift. But most importantly was an amazing tour told me everything I need to know and more was absolutely great. If I would recommend any two things is to one work with Diana and two work with Charleston homes.
Loved living in this community and housing. Never had any issues if we needed any maintenance request fulfilled as they were always quick to respond and be present to fix any issue. However I just want to point out something I felt was unfair towards us as apart of our moving out process.. we moved out on a Friday which is trash day, bulk trash however is taken care of on Saturday's. But this particular day, bulk trash decided to come by on Friday and because our moving truck was parked along the curb, they refused to pick u... read more
