If i could give this place zero stars i sure would. my husband and i moved in april & since then it has been a horrible experience. the staff inside of the office always has some kind of attitude when i go in there. we have had so many problems with this home with the floor ripping up and they have been telling us they cannot find the flooring and we haven’t been given any information since may. they aren’t helpful whatsoever with any of it. a couple weeks ago my very close friends have has been living in their home with no ... read more

I will preface my negative review with that we did enjoy living in the neighborhood for nearly 4 years. However, mold is a huge problem in this housing development. Furthermore, the management is not military friendly. We moved out and had to pay a reasonable move out fee to replace some blinds and for the carpet to be cleaned but the office refused to take cash, check, or money order. They told us we had to pay on the portal- okay the link didn’t work because they deactivate it when you move out- okay we mailed a money orde... read more
