I started having an issue with my sink, called and submitted a maintenance order and someone was here in less than 10 minutes to fix it. I have only had 10 out 10 experiences with anyone on the maintenance team.
House and everything was beautiful, the move in process went very smoothly thanks to Adrienne and Andrew.

I received a threat from this company regarding the fact that i haven't built the playhouse i just bought from someone a few days ago. I work 12+ hour days for the navy. Yeah i do owe it to my community to keep a neat and tidy home. But the people you employ (trash) consistently do WORSE. There was trash strewn across the entire park for WEEKS due to their negligence. I also have consistent record of the trash cans just being thrown about!
