I had my Cub Cadet GT 2100 serviced there and was very happy with the service. I had an issue with the parts dept, but after speaking to the GM I was very satisfied with the way it was resolved and so now I give them 5 stars. They have been very helpful and highly recommend them. They really care about their customers.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Brought our Torro zero turn in to use our warranty. After nearly two weeks, we’re picking up our zero turn worse off than we left it. No work was done at all, and they ran our battery dead and won’t do anything to make it right. They used machine to load onto our trailer, after trying to charge us almost $50 for a diagnostic, and get us to agree to work not under warranty. Scam. Stay away.

I’ve had to mow 5 acres with a push mower for the last months, since my zero turn broke down and while waiting for my paycheck this month. JBT Power not only picked up and replaced the tires but also delivered it and now I’m back in business. That’s service that makes you feel like family in the business of helping get what you need, when you need your equipment serviced and conditioned.
