So I called Jack to ask if I could get a partial credit for swapping out a trolling motor. He agreed and asked me to come by Tuesday morning, which meant I couldn't work that day, but I had to get it done. Upon arriving at the agreed time (and at great financial cost), he stated that he couldn't do it. After supporting that guy for decades, I'm baffled by this man's greed. His word means nothing. Unless you have deep pockets, avoid this place.
Got my first boat last year in August and it came with a 1982 Evinrude along with all the problems you might associate with a 1982 Evinrude. Tried to take it upon myself to troubleshoot with a buddy and look up parts to save money and then have JBT install them. After ordering the wrong parts a couple times and nearly getting stranded on the river, I finally let JBT do their own analysis and order the parts themselves. If you're anywhere remotely close to this place .this is where you should be bringing your boats and your motors. They get you in and get you out. You don't have a whole year. Wait, they don't string you along, and they get your motor fixed right the first time, number one recommended boat shop in the valley
Place is a scam. Be specific on the things you want fixed because if not next thing you know your 1000$ repair turns into 3000$. Do not recommend at all take your boat elsewhere
