Truly grateful for this team! They did a pre-purchase inspection for me on a used truck I was looking to buy in the area. The inspection was extremely detailed, and they provided me with photos/videos as well as a detailed walkthrough via phone of everything they observed on the truck. Great guy great service! My truck was not starting and I needed emergency service. When I called the service manager had excellent customer service and JB was able to get out to my house same day. He had me back on the road by that evening. I have found my new mobile mechanic.
JB is one of a kind man! My starter went out on me while I was out and about. His service manager was able to get him out to assist me the same day and the communication leading up to his arrival was hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a service manager. My situation was weird because during the diagnosis it seemed like the alternator was bad but he was very thorough.
