Firstly, if I could give them more stars I would. 3 different companies never showed after setting appointments but not JB's they made the appt and let me know when they were on their way. Came in quick, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. They even let us know of their other services they offer that actually would benefit us and threw us on the schedule for that the same week. Efficient, fast, and highly recommended now. Would use again 10/10

Do not hire unless you want to be scammed. You will have to fix or redo what they say was completed just some years down the road. A floor that should have lasted 15 years only lasted 3-6. The other jobs hired to do were NEVER completed. Windows were installed wrong. They took advantage of a dying elderly woman and her husband now the husband is forced to hire contractors to finally finish and redo what they wronged.
