JB's shop is always a pleasure to visit. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, personal service, and a wide selection of bikes, components, and accessories. This year Justin did a major drivetrain upgrade. He installed new STI shift levers, cassette, chain, and chainrings. The new setup was dialed in and felt like a new bike. The repair was significantly higher priced than other shops, but the experience wouldn't have been the same.
Best bike shop in the area. They carry the best MTB brands and have a great selection of accessories. The service is great with great staff ready to help you or give recommendations. I tried other places in the past to service my bikes but JBs is my #1 choice by far.
What an amazing company! From the moment I called the shop, Sam was super professional and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a bike similar to the one I have in New York and even added a front basket and made a few adjustments for me. With a really tight turnaround, they managed to deliver the bike to my Miami condo within 48 hours. Couldn’t be happier — thank you all so much!
The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable! I had a complete mountain bike tune up and added some new parts as well with the service completed in short order and very reasonably priced. I will certainly recommend him and his store to my friends! Five Stars!
