On Wednesday night our van got broken down and towed to JB's Auto Electrical in Yass. The next morning JB'S opened and Michael was extremely helpful in spending time identifying the alternator amps and researching if he was able to get one for us. Although the auto shop were short of 3 staffs that day but the staffs showed empathy, caring and supported us. Booked in my car for some electrical work (CB install, Driving lights, inverter & anderson plug in the tub). Team gave me an up front quote showing maximum cost but came in well under quoted amount & finished the job ahead of time. Great to deal with & very professional.
