I recently had a review on JBRV and I would like to say that they are going to make it right with us and I am sorry for the recent review, I was a little bit upset with them at the time but they are going to make it right. Thank you JBRV very good people.

Well had my rooftop AC unit replaced last summer and now it's a 2200.00$ piece of junk and want to charge me again to fix it that's what I call a sad way to do business I really thought they were a good business but I guess I was wrong.They gave us a card said it was for a warranty from the maker; it wasn't. I know I gave them a one star but there wasn't anything lower if I could have I would have gave them a quarter star for not living up to their work that they have done

Was in need of emergency service on my furnace, due to the storm that's coming. They were able to fit me in with no problems, and get it serviced within a very quick time frame. I'm extremely impressed with how knowledgeable Josh and Todd were. Great crew over there. Will be coming to them for now on!

let me say this I meant Leo back in September after the big storm in Sanger my RV was severely damaged and this man came and inspected it immediately and offered to assist with dealing with the insurance but the first thing he said was are you OK my camper had massive repairs that were needed and this man systematically knew how to repair everything. Leo came out the same day and was able to give me an estimate on my faulty propane heater and got started troubleshooting the next day. He was very professional and communicative about what was going and was able to meet the tight deadline I gave. He also was able to help me with other last minute fixes I had around the RV such as a leak in the front and prepping my propane tanks for winter up north. I’d recommend him to anyone that needed RV repairs.
