If I could give a negative star as a review I would give a definite negative 5. So our vehicle was taken with hail damage to them as a subcontracting Body Shop. What seemed like a wonderful experience at first turned into a tragic nightmare. I was told on several occasions that the vehicle was going to be done the following week on a Friday. I took my car to them after a minor collision which broke out my whole front headlight. They were honest in their estimation of the damage. The paint job was perfect and my car looks new again. The couple who run this are very helpful and stayed in communication while my car was being repaired. Highly recommend this business Thank you JBROTHERS!
They were very fair on price. Communicated through the entire process. And my front bumper looks as good as new if not better.
It’s official!! JBrothers Collision is the best body shop in town. They are friendly and courteous, and know their trade. My car was fixed in a timely manner, and they even washed and vacuumed it before I picked it up.
