Great place loved the staff the only thing i would change is when I was in the detox side, somechad covid on the residential side and the Sent her over to our hall and she was on lock down witch she wasnt listen and kept going out her room and staff could be on her 24/7. My room was right across from hers and me coming off all the crap I was coming off my body could fight off any more sicknesses or watever so I got covid on top of detoxing. I had a very frustrating experience at John Brooks Recovery Center in Pleasantville. The redheaded woman working in the lab was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like she didn’t want to be there, moved incredibly slow, and showed no respect or urgency when helping clients. It made the whole visit uncomfortable and stressful. JBRC saved my life! I came to John Brooks 7 years ago and can finally say that I have 6 and a half years clean!! Over 1 year off of MAT! This program truly works if you work it!
Two years ago, I posted a review on the Mays Landing location. I can’t post another Google review, but I’m just here to let Tracy the poor excuse of a “clinical Director” know that even though she kicked me out one day, shy of my 90 day completion. That three years later, I’m still clean and thriving. And it’s not because of you. You’re a reputation will always be one of a coldhearted monster.
