A lot of fishy stuff going on with this company. First of all, a representative from "CANADA NET-ZERO INITIATIVE", James Raya, told me that there was a federal government program where I could save money on getting a heat pump and tankless hot water. This James Raya even put his phone number on the paper with the government of Canada logo for the program.
