To be quite fair, this place is great! Consistent work schedules. No being thrown around. Now make no mistake, the higher ups are pretty busy themselves. But when they are able to help out. They do so in great fashion! And it's without question, Jon and Alec are two of the best at what they do! I've had plenty of issues that they helped me to resolve in a very timely manner. I'm fairly new to JBM, but so far it's been a great experience. I'm a Flex- Officer and work part-time. Alec and Jon who are the field supervisors have been awesome. They notify me when hours are available and we communicate easily through a group text. JBM is working on getting more new contracts in the Twin City area and they seem to be growing.
