Rude and poor back office. She tried do hard to bill me for imagined services. Poot response and communication EDIT: Office was rude and condescending. Every time we spoke. Scheduled and appointment for weeks out that could have been an email. Called me half an hour after appointment time. Declined any service and ended the call in under a minute Then office attempted to bill me. When I informed them of the error they were rude yet again.
