We were quoted a job and signed a contract with JBL back in February. He was "scheduled" to come time and time again and eventually ghosted us. As such, he put us months behind on a project schedule and has never responded to continual texts and outreach. Clearly, he books jobs and then when he has higher paying projects or city contracts, prioritizes that work and then ignores others. We have been waiting over a year for him to finish a job. NEVER shows when he says he will be here and getting him to answer a callor calling you back is almost impossible. I think it's time to call a lawyer. He has already been paid in full for the job!
We had an addition and patio poured. Jason and his crew did a fantastic job. This was our second time doing things through JBL. The quality and price is good. The only thing is you have to keep in constant contact with Jason to make sure things are moving along.
