We were quoted a job and signed a contract with JBL back in February. He was "scheduled" to come time and time again and eventually ghosted us. As such, he put us months behind on a project schedule and has never responded to continual texts and outreach. Clearly, he books jobs and then when he has higher paying projects or city contracts, prioritizes that work and then ignores others. We have been waiting over a year for him to finish a job. NEVER shows when he says he will be here and getting him to answer a callor calling you back is almost impossible. I think it's time to call a lawyer. He has already been paid in full for the job!
We had an addition and patio poured. Jason and his crew did a fantastic job. This was our second time doing things through JBL. The quality and price is good. The only thing is you have to keep in constant contact with Jason to make sure things are moving along.
We've used JBL 3 times so far in the past year, and have had an excellent experience all 3 times. The first was the floor for our laundry addition, the second was the floor of our garage. We needed to replace and expand our driveway when the earlier parts of the project were completed. They came out on a snowy day 2 days after I called and gave me a very fair quote a day later.
