I called JBK for a quote to replace a water heater. they gave me a quote over the phone and moved there schedule around to fit me in the same day. they were prompted and did great work. They took the time to explain to me the simple things that I could do to keep the water heater in good condition. They hauled away the old water heater as well as all the trash. I found my plumber!
I had a main line replaced by Josh. It went well, The plumbing work itself went fine. As expected, the grass above was torn. These things I expected. What I did not expect was for the entire area to be messed up. There was dirt thrown a good 20 feet from the dig site killing the grass that has nothing to do with the job. I now have to pay to have it fixed. The grass at the dig site was also left uneven. It was so bad that I could actually stick my hand under the side walk. There was no leveling work done.
