After a horrible experience with another plumber, I called Josh to fix a gas leak (gas off, non-emergency). He made it over next day and fixed it within 5 minutes. Would definitely work with again, and highly recommend!
Josh Tippets at JBK is phenomenal! He flushed my water Heaters in all my rental properties in Sept 2025 and told me one of them was on its last leg with rust. I decided to chance it and hold out since it was only 6 years old. He highly recommended that I put water sensors underneath just in case it went bad.
