I’ve used JBJ Plumbing quite a bit over the past year and have always had great things to say about them. Unfortunately, my most recent experiences have not been as positive. The first issue occurred when I called on a Saturday regarding what I thought might be leaking pipes. I completely understood that it was a weekend, they were closed, and that it did not constitute an emergency, so I was not expecting a call back until Monday. Prompt friendly service
Very quick response, was able to schedule online for a time appropriate for me. The technician Dane listened to my needs, informed me with what was needed, had the part on his truck(didn’t need to go to hardware store) finished the work quickly and checked the system to make sure everything worked properly. Dane was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely my go to company for plumbing needs.
He was great! Always willing to answer questions and very polite
