Called them out for an estimate on my air conditioning system, which they claim to have diagnosed by telling me that it was not working and charged me a $160 service call even though they could not figure out what was specifically wrong or where the issue even is located. So be careful, their “free” estimates are $160!

Charged my mom over $200 for a 5 minute job. It's unfortunate and unfair this is how they are now conducting their business. A few years ago we dealt with a man from the business who was beyond sweet and reasonable.
