The experience you provided was excellent. I would recommend your company to anyone that is looking for a limo service and would recommend Thomas as the driver. After not having the best start to vacation Vince and Thomas went above and beyond to help us out with having to come pick our family back up from the airport after flights were cancelled and take us back the next day. Nothing was a problem and made our family feel more at ease in a crazy situation. Just wanted to express my gratitude and thankfulness to you both .
Working with JBJ limousine service was fantastic! Vince helped all the way from the initial message till the day of! It was very easy to reserve. The bus was clean and had everything we needed. Our driver Thomas, arrived early and waited for everyone to be ready. He helped us connect to the Bluetooth speaker and let us play whatever music we wanted! Will definitely be using JBJ again! Highly recommend!
Vince was the absolute best addition to our special day ! He arrived 15 min early and waited for us to be ready to go. He sent instructions on how to connect to the Bluetooth speaker on the bus so we could have the music we wanted ready to go for the whole ride. He also had the A/C on full blast!! Vince even did the extra mile and snapped some photos for us outside the bus and ever joined in a few at the end of our reception.
