Routine maintenance for my household emergency generator that I purchased from JBI. I think now maintenance going on 10 years still running fine. Courteous service every time. Highly recommend JBI.
JBI do a great job, very professional
I could not be more pleased with the end-to-end service on a recent purchase and installation of a Generac system and propane tank. The quality of the customer service was exceptional, their knowledge of all aspects of the install, and their attention to detail was exceptional. They even dealt with reseeding and planting that actually improved then pre-install of the propane tank. This is a very special company.
I called Generac they sent 2 contractors I went with JBI they were friendly, cared about me and really worked to make a connection. They quoted a fair price I paid they scheduled and their team was excellent installing the generator. They were knowledgeable and professional and the work was completed in no time. I'm so excited to have the peace of mind a a Generac Generator provides and the comfort of having JBI service and maintenance. Great Purchase Great decision.
