Called in a panic due to an ice dam. Joe came right over and did what he could to help get things moving and flowing. He also took his time with me as I had so many questions about why it was happening, what I did wrong (I raked the roof partially) and, what was worth doing, and not.
Joe is a true craftsman with great attention to detail. We were thrilled with the standing seam metal roof that Joe installed at our house. Would highly recommend him!
