The reason for the low mark. You mowed my yard for 2 plus years and did excellent work. You raked and gathered up my leaves in the fall which is a very big task. I called you in April of this year to see if you would mow my lawn this year you said absolutely you would. I texted you 3 or maybe 4 times to come out my yard needed mowed. You said you would come out in a couple days. I called one last time you said you would come. Never showed up to do the work. I had no choice I had to go with someone else.
