A highly educated professional; exemplified by her personalised approach and backed by years of continued professional development as she can answer any question you have methodically, scientifically and by her practice application. There are two things you dont do: You don't cheat on your hairdresser and you dont book your botox or laser with anyone else other than Jess.

I had such an amazing experience at JBH Aesthetics thanks to Jess! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Her knowledge, friendly attitude, and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Jess is an absolute gem thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

Jess and her team are absolutely amazing!! This was my first visit and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Jess is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. I’ve had lip fillers done at other clinics but was always disappointed with how quickly they dissolved. Jess immediately picked up that the filler had migrated above and below my lips, something no one else had noticed. Her honesty and attention to detail were so refreshing.
