I parked my vehicle in your facility for about 15 minutes. I chose not to validate the ticket to get free parking because I was ok with paying a couple dollars. When I tried to exit, the ticket machine did not work correctly and couldn't read my ticket. As a result, I was charged the full price of 23 dollars for what should have been a minimal charge for a short visit.I called your customer service line to fix the issue, but the representative couldn't correct the charge. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are very disrespectful and do not value your time what so ever. The main gate keeper at the mainline number is very disrespectful and obnoxious.
