I think the owner ****** ******** has anger issues. My company reached out to him to request a bid, it was apparent he didn't like the turn around request we had and his written communication skillset was demonstrated. I then made the attempt to ask how much time he would need, he then responded in kind with 3 emails questioning our intelligence on projects, insults upon insults. Fantastic customer service!!! Samantha was amazing always answered my questions after consulting with the electricians, and returned my calls asap! The electricians completed our meter and fuse panel swap in just a few hours. Very professional and explained the process to me. They even took care of the permit and scheduled with ******. Highly recommend!!!! Give them a call they will treat you right!
