I hired JBD Siding and Windows in Macomb, IL to replace my front windows and install a sliding patio door that was supposed to be handicap accessible. Unfortunately, the door they installed is a standard sliding door, not suitable for wheelchair use as promised. There's no threshold ramp, and while a wheelchair barely fits through, it's extremely difficult to maneuver and not what I was told I'd be getting. Called JB&D to get a price on a window.Our upstairs bathroom window wasn’t shutting or locking. We had purchased windows in 2004 from JB&D. The General Manager ( Russell Ruey) came over took our window apart and fixed it on the spot. The window shuts fine now, I would recommend JB&D ..what amazing service they provide and they honored the warranty on a 21 year window, no charges to me.
On time good courteous worker I enjoyed Cameron that came put in my rear door and did a excellent job I would definitely recommend him for other people they did a good job
Cameron and his crew did an amazing job doing the siding on our house. They were quick and professional and would definitely work with them again.
