Went to pay my bill, the sign on the door said be back at 1. It was2:20, I waited till 3, Noone showed up.
Had JB&D replace 8 of our old windows! They did a great job. They were easy to work with gave an easy quote process were constantly good with communication and feedback and help us find the right fit for our budget. When the installation came they were professional. They were kind and fast and very locked in. JB&D has stood by their lifetime guarantee for over 25 years. They sent a technician to repair windows and everything still looks and moves great. I will always recommend them and their team!
Customer service is great! Timely, courteous, and efficient! Products might need a quality upgrade but that isn’t necessarily within JBD’s control.
