Update 11/10: The AM120 Tweezers do not close properly they do close fully at the tip and cannot grip small parts as they should. The Display on 2 units received less then 1 month apart have 2 different displays The unit with the washed out display is a replacement for unit that had downgraded MCU and Stripped Features. Sales has poor customer service and will ignore you and the valid issues, they make empty statements, will make appointments for phone conference then not answer until the end of day when nothing can be resol... read more
