Eric did an absolutely outstanding job. I reached out to him with a battery issue, and even though it wasn’t clearly one of his services, he drove an hour to come help me. He removed the old battery, went with me to the shop, and personally installed the new one. This level of dedication and care is rare these days. I recommend Eric 10 out of 10. Unbelievable work and truly next-level customer service.
I had a great experience during smog check. There was a customer ahead of me but the staff was friendly and informed me that it was just going to take a few minutes before it was my turn. I was helped by Erik and he explained the process and how long it was going to take. The whole process from start to finish was only 15-20 mins. It's located in the same lot as a gas station so can just stop by to grab a quick drink or snack as you wait. The experience was beyond belief! Eric explained thoroughly the numerous sensors and other parts that I needed to replace in order to get my car passing smog. His expertise and professionalism jumped out in winning my trust! I have already referred him to my father and my sister. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him and his shop to anyone that needs assistance!!!!!
