Since our project started in Oct 2022, we have experienced poor accountability and lack of integrity and we are still waiting for JBC to finish up our project – we are into year 3 of frustration dealing with them. We hired JBC to install a custom shaped vinyl pool in our backyard in the summer of 2022. The project started in September of 2022 and was not completed until July of 2023. May 2022: Joe came for an initial site review and project consultation. He walked the property and knew that the center of our backyard is very swampy until end of June since we all stood in it. Incredible. Great work! If you are looking for true craftsmanship and attention to detail with high quality products look no further. Joe and his team are all on point! From office to field they do it right. These are high price project and with that you get high quality work. Impressed is an understatement.
