It was a great service they were able to road force all 4 tires on my truck and fix the vibration issue I had going down the highway , thank you to all the workers their excellent and they are really nice people I’m a happy Chevy customer :)
The Service rep was awesome ,keep me informed of the work to be completed ,and had me in/out in record time!
Experience was great. Easy to schedule appointment. Fast service, was in there less than a hour. Great communication and notification once service was completed.
Engine light came back on had to take an additional day off of work in order to get this rectified. A few weeks go by and I tried to start my vehicle and it won't start. I had to call out for the 3rd time and my vehicle had to be towed into JBA. When I scheduled my truck to be serviced I paid for a diagnostics in order to have my vehicle serviced. While I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get my vehicle into the shop and be seen, the shop ultimately stated that the part I needed, (Gooseneck Tank Filler Assembly), was on back order and unable to be installed until it arrived at the facility. The technician had no clue as to when this would be. In the meantime, the check engine light will remain on and the remote start capability of the vehicle will be inoperable.
