The Service rep was awesome ,he kept me informed of the work to be completed ,and had me in/out in record time!
Appointment readily available for service on my 2024 Equinox. From the time I arrived at the dealership until the time I left, the customer service and service to my vehicle was superb, timely and thorough. I had made the appointment for an oil change and was informed that my vehicle was also due to tire rotation. I appreciated being kept up to date on service needed. Highly recommend JBA Chevrolet!!!

Fixed a Bolt sproiler padding. Started coming off after 5 months. Went back and had to get it repaired again. Poor workmanship. Every-time i went they put curb rashes on my vehicle wheels. When I showed the manager he just said they don’t have curbs (they have curbs). I picked my car from beside the curb. This rash was fresh. When i showed them they asked me contact my insurance. Liars at its peak. The person was Brittany N White and her manager.
